Effective Searching

Our platform provides powerful search capabilities for equipment valuation. Here's how to get the most accurate results:

• Search by unique model number for the most specific results
• Filter by manufacturer after finding model matches
• Use year filtering to narrow down your search
• Note: Manufacturers may be listed under various names (e.g., "Gildemeister" = DMG, DMG Mori, Deckel Maho Gildemeister)

Available Filters

• Manufacturer
• Model
• Year of manufacture

Note: Price filtering is intentionally excluded to ensure unbiased valuation results.

Working with Search Results

After performing a search, you can select specific items for further actions:

• Check the boxes next to items you want to include in your analysis
• Only checked items will be used for average price calculation
• The average market price will update automatically as you change your selection
• Sort results by year, manufacturer, or model to better organize your data

The system automatically calculates the arithmetic mean of selected items' prices, giving you an instant market valuation reference.

Creating PDF Reports

Generate professional PDF reports with your selected data for documentation and presentation:

• The "Generate PDF" button becomes active after selecting at least one item
• Only checked items will be included in the report
• The report includes a detailed table of all selected equipment
• A summary section displays the average market price of your selection
• The current date and your username are automatically added (if enabled)

PDF exports are a great way to document your valuation work or share results with clients.

Understanding Our Tariff Plans

Basic Tariff (€50/month)

• 30 search credits per month
• Each successful search uses 1 credit
• No credit is used if a search returns no results
• The number of items found does not affect credit usage
• Credit counter is displayed in the interface

Professional Tariff (€200/month)

• Unlimited searches
• Access to personal specialist support
• Request help finding specific equipment via support form
• Specialist notifications via email and Telegram
